MC Reloncaví

MC Reloncaví.png

The MC Reloncaví is a robust, powerful, and reliable ROV, designed by Marine Connection for underwater work at depths of up to 300 meters. Its reinforced structure provides strength and stability, while its high-power propulsion system ensures precise and safe maneuverability, even in harsh sea conditions and highly demanding environments.

Backed by Marine Connection's local technical service, the MC Reloncaví guarantees continuity and reliability in every operation, making it the ideal choice for those who require a solid and prepared team to face challenging environments in underwater robotics.

Stainless Steel Version

The MC Reloncaví is available in two chassis versions , both maintaining exactly the same performance and capabilities as the standard model:

  • The version made of ultra-high-density (UHMW) plastic is lightweight, durable, and easy to handle.

  • The stainless steel version, designed for customers who require a higher level of strength and durability, is especially suited for intensive operations (high currents) or highly corrosive environments.

By retaining their modular, compact, and easy-to-operate design, both versions offer all the reliability of the MC Reloncaví, differing only in the chassis material. This allows users to choose between the versatility and practicality of UHMW or the robustness and long service life of stainless steel, depending on the working conditions and the demands of each operation.

Uses of the MC Reloncaví

The MC Reloncaví is designed to carry out a wide range of critical tasks in underwater environments, combining reliability and operational versatility. Its main capabilities are:

  • Underwater inspections of structures such as aquaculture cages, moorings, pipelines, docks, vessels, anchor lines, and hulls.

  • Removal of debris and shipwrecked objects, supporting recovery maneuvers and seabed cleaning.

  • Cleaning of structures and the seabed, using integrated tools that allow clearing sediments and obstructions.

  • Precision measurements with laser, ideal for sizing submerged damage, objects, or structures.

  • Cutting operations, using tools such as discs or jaws to cut ropes, cables, chains, or other underwater elements.

  • Environmental monitoring, with audiovisual recording, sediment control, and collection of technical information.
